Homemade Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Definitely a family favorite that I make all year-round!


HOMEMADE BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE

1 lb. elbow macaroni

2 bags of shredded white cheddar

1 stick of butter

2 cups of 2% milk

Salt & Pepper


Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

  2. Boil elbow macaroni according to package directions (add salt to water).

  3. Drain and return macaroni to pot and add cheese, butter, milk, salt, pepper and mix together. Set aside until slightly cooled off.

  4. Spray a baking dish with Pam and pour above mixture in.

  5. Add second bag of cheddar to top and bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
