Peanut Butter Frosting

Ok, so I cheat and use Hershey's Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix and sometimes I make a mint frosting but today I was craving peanut butter so I found this recipe on the internet. It called for unsalted butter but we don't use anything "unsalted" even when it calls for it. It was so darn good I said "it's going on the blog"! Yum!




PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Creamy Jif Peanut Butter

  • 3 Tablespoons butter, room temperature

  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
